ORDERING AND SHIPPING

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Click on ‘Add to bag’ or ‘Buy Now’ button to be redirected to the Checkout.   

During checkout, you need to fill Your Personal Information, Contact and Shipping details. Not all fields are mandatory.

You can also select gift options, it’s optional.

To place the order to the Payment page, click ‘Continue’ at the bottom of every Check out section (Your details, billing address, delivery details). When you are on the Payment section, click on ‘Confirm payment’. From here you will be redirected to a page to finalize the payment.

The payment is completed if you see the ‘Thank you’ page. If the system is featuring a ‘Your order has been cancelled’ message, please try again.

OUR PRODUCTS, THE COURSE AND ORDER LIMITATIONS

  • Information about the Max Factor Makeup Academy and Starter Kits, including descriptions, pricing and transaction currency can be found here.
  • Starter Kits: We recommend purchasing a starter kit for the course, but starter kits are OPTIONAL and are not required. Please do not purchase more than 1 starter kit at a time or more than 3 starter kits per year. Starter kits are subject to availability, and we may substitute one or more of the items in the kit for alternative items in our discretion.
  • Course: Please note that the course is nominative. Users cannot pass their details to other people to benefit from the course.

REGULATIONS ON ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  • When providing personal information at registration stage, an account will be created on the site with password and activation. There is an obligation of providing exact and accurate details or Max Factor Makeup Academy has the right to terminate, suspend or reject the registration.

PAYMENT OPTIONS             

When you pay with a credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard), you need the name printed on the card, the card number, the month and year the card expires, and the 3-digit or 4-digit security code. This information, along with the billing address for the credit card, is entered during the purchase process.

It can typically take three to seven days for the purchase amount to clear your account. Your bank controls the timing of authorizations and payments from your account; for details please check with your bank.

The currency of the payments is AED and Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES

We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification.

Shipping is limited to UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon, Jordan, and Egypt. Shipping costs are on the Check out page and prices reflect shipping for orders in the areas of delivery only.

Max Factor Makeup Academy – Make up Tools Kit

NOTE: maxfactoracademy.net, Coty Inc., Noxell Corporation, Samira’s Make up Occupational Skills Training, and their affiliates and agents will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to five (5) business days.

Actual delivery times are subject to change. The delivery times displayed in the shopping bag at the time of your order will reflect when you should expect to receive an order placed on that day and will appear in your Dashboard on the site.

We only ship to addresses in the list of countries mentioned here above and are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

Bank Holidays

Please note that our carrier cannot deliver on a bank holiday. Any orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Carriers

Shipments are via Posta Plus signed and tracked.

Delivery Information

A signature is required on receipt of your parcel. If you are not available to accept delivery, Posta Plus will make 2 physical attempts on 2 consecutive days to get the shipment delivered. In case the shipment couldn’t be delivered due to various reasons then it will be handed over to Call Center after the 2nd attempt. A maximum of 3 physical attempts are allowed on one shipment, after which a new delivery will be prepared and additional charges will be incurred for the whole process to repeat.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

To access the online tracking service for your delivery, please visit: www.postaplus.com

Enter the shipment number that you received when placing the order and click on “Track” section on the Posta Plus website (more detailed steps can be found in the FAQ section of the site).

You will then be able to visualise the Status / Event Log and the related date.

RETURN POLICY

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online. Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at a Max Factor Cosmetics Counter. 

This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.

DAMAGED/FAULTY/INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items. In order to have the item exchanged, please notify us immediately upon receiving the damaged item via the Get in Touch form and provide the order number and the damaged items for inspection.

If we receive the appropriate documentation from you, we will reply to you and provide you with a return label, which you should fill out and send to us at the address below, along with the damaged/faulty/incorrect products by mail within 14 days from the date of your receipt of the return label, via the carrier provider of your choice. 

We will then send you a replacement, subject to availability. NO CANCELLATIONS, CREDITS OR REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE. 

Please Note: We will not replace the goods if they show signs of use or if they are free from defects.

OTHER ISSUES WITH PRODUCTS

We will not accept returns for any reason other than those described above.

COURSE SUBSCRIPTION

All purchases of the course subscription are final. No cancellations, refunds, or credits will be offered for the course subscription.
